Parish Studio is available for evaluation. It is not currently selling subscriptions.

Access and invitations

Use your own authorized account. Owners are responsible for inviting appropriate organizers and members. Community content is restricted to signed-in members and organizers; the website homepage is public.

Your community content

Only upload content you are entitled to use and share. Check Scripture translation permissions and credit sources when appropriate. Do not publish other people’s private information without permission.

Billing

The $15 Organizer and $29 Team plans are proposed monthly USD prices. Owner-only Stripe sandbox checkout can create a seven-day test trial using a test card. No real charges are collected. Each community receives one trial. Canceling does not pause or reset its deadline; restarting before it expires keeps the original deadline, and rejoining after expiry requires payment in test mode without a new trial. At paid launch, downgrades will take effect at the next renewal; other organizers become free members while the owner keeps the single organizer seat. Existing community content is preserved. Cancellation will stop renewal and keep access until the paid period or trial ends. Final allowances, billing terms and working subscription controls must be available before any paid launch.

Evaluation limits

Features may change during evaluation. Keep backups of important designs and do not rely on the preview for urgent communications. Automated email and push reminders are not active.

Youth communities

The initial evaluation should be run by adults. Guardian consent, age rules, moderation and safeguarding procedures must be agreed before inviting children to use accounts.

Before public launch

Publisher identity, support contacts and complete public terms are still required. These preview terms are not a substitute for that launch work.
