Your information.

This notice describes the current test preview. The homepage is publicly accessible; community records require sign-in and membership. Publisher contact details, retention periods and a complete account-erasure process are still required before public launch.

What the workspace stores

Your sign-in identifier and email, community profile, organizer and member roles, designs, uploaded logos, events, announcements, reflections, approved weekly schedules, invitations, RSVPs, group follows and volunteer signups are stored in the site’s cloud database. The hosting provider processes requests and authentication needed to serve the app.

Who can see it

Community organizers can see member email addresses and participation details. Members can see published community content. Drafts and organizer tools are restricted. Open groups are visible to community members. Private groups and their published posts are limited to selected members and organizers. Archived groups are hidden from members until restored. Organizers can remove members; removed accounts cannot reuse invitations until an organizer allows rejoining.

How information is protected

Connections to Parish Studio use HTTPS to encrypt information in transit. The Cloudflare D1 database encrypts stored data at rest. Server-side sign-in, community membership and organizer permissions control access to workspace information. These protections are not end-to-end encryption and cannot guarantee that every device or account is secure.

Weekly sharing

Organizers can approve specific versions of reflection cards for scheduled community publication. Upcoming cards remain hidden from members until their release time. Editing a queued card removes its approval. Pausing stops future releases; already shared cards remain visible. Scheduling does not send an email or push notification.

Copies on your device

Your browser keeps project and unsynced-draft copies for recovery, plus preferences such as dismissed reflection cards. The app does not separately encrypt these browser copies or downloaded files. Protect access to your device, especially on shared computers. Designs and downloads are rendered on your device. Project content and logos are sent to this site when saved; they are not sent to an AI service.

Your controls

Download project backups from My projects. Remove designs from the workspace there, or leave a joined community from My account. Leaving removes participation records. Clearing browser data does not delete cloud records. Deleted designs and community posts remain in Trash and can be restored by organizers; restored community posts are drafts. There is no automatic Trash purge yet. Removing something from the feed is not permanent erasure. Complete account erasure and final retention periods are still required before public launch.

Email and payments

Stripe sandbox billing is connected for test subscriptions only; no real charges are collected. Stripe handles test payment details and the app stores billing identifiers and subscription state. Automated email, phone push and advertising tracking are not integrated in this preview. An email preview or downloaded card does not send a message.
